Update: I got a reply from the sales department and they kind of vaguely say that it won't be fixed. Is this still the case? Has there been updates to improve this? I really need a replacement soon as I'm a freelancer. I heard the learning curve on OT is quite big but the video I saw of this was from like 2 years ago. Anyway, I'm browsing around for a replacement and I was thinking of going for Adobe Animate but after hearing about it I might go for OpenToonz. I was told it was a website problem that caused my subscription to fail but now I doubt it as they won't give me a straight answer if they will or won't fix it or even how long to wait for a potential fix. I've used ToonBoom since I was in university but have to change to a new software due to some stupid debit card issue they seemingly won't fix. Installers (Windows/macOS/Linux 64bit) - ġ.)
